I was so excited when I got approved for a loan with INB!  They approved me for well enough money to purchase my first house.  It is a small duplex on the West side of town and was a forclosure that was brand new, but needed some finishing touches.  I purchased it, and then got a construction loan for the rest.  Once I had the work done, I rolled it all back into the mortgage, and INB was wonderful as they helped me through it! Thank you INB!
