Just a quick note to say that I love INB!  The people are so incredibly friendly, and they don't mind walking you through each detail.  Getting a construction loan and then moving it to a mortgage with INB was easy, and I've never done anything like that before.  I'm only 22 and they didn't take advantage of my lack of understanding, rather, they took care of me and helped me through the process.  Now I'm a happy camper in my duplex and I'm enjoying the priviledges of home-ownership (i.e.- fixing the broken doorbell, mowing my own lawn, remembering to put the trash out on Mondays, etc.)! Seriously though, Illinois National Bank has been great for me, and I appreciate the care they showed me.
